Returns & refunds
Sometimes a piece just doesn’t feel quite right when it arrives. That’s perfectly normal. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it and we’ve made the return process clear and straightforward so you know exactly what to do next.
1. Start your return
To begin your return, please contact us at info@krasa.ee or fill out the following form.
Make sure to include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for your return
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back
2. Prepare your package
Please make sure your return meets the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Products must include original packaging
- All tags, seals, or protective elements must be intact
- Items must be securely packaged for transport
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Send your return
Once approved, you will receive the return address or return instructions to your email.
Please note, return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds are typically issued within a few business days after approval
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
If the returned item is not in acceptable condition, we may reject the refund or return the item back to you.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Used or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or tags
